HORRIBLE! Do not stay here. It’s not safe and the owner of the hotel is a nightmare to deal with.

Liked:Dealing with this hotel to get a refund has been a living hell. First of all, the person checking me in lied and told me I’d have to address my complaints with the hotel owner. That person WAS the owner. Their card key room access was not working so I had no way to safely enter or exit my room. After discovering this safety issue, I decided to not check in or stay here, yet I was charged for the night’s stay anyway. They market themselves as “pet friendly” but that was a lie as well. If you want to stay in a hotel that looks like it’s ideal for drug dealers and prostitutes, you are in for a treat. If you want cordial staff and a clean, safe to stay overnight, RUN from this place. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a hotel stay (or not since the place was so awful I decided to leave) in all my life.

A Science Project

Liked:We were instantly confused about how to turn into the parking lot but you're supposed to drive through a back alley behind a gas station and you'll stumble upon the entrance eventually. The management team was really polite but we had to pay extra to have our room cleaned each day for some weird reason???? The pictures of our room speak volumes. I'm glad they fixed the toilet seat that was halfway broken off eventually. Uuuugggghhhhh....
