Liked:Location, facilities and safety

Disliked:The attitude of some of the staff, Spanish speaking, talking about the guests in the presence of more senior staff even- thinking people may not understand, found this very unprofessional. Generally seem fed up with people, not very friendly and would not let you check in even if minutes before, oblivious to people having waited and order they come in. Just a kind reminder this impacts on people's overall experience. Thank you

So much better than I expected

Liked:Great atmosphere, super friendly guests and lots of social offerings and activities. It’s very much a lively hostel so great for socialising and going out etc. The lounge area was great with social and chill areas. The shower was and bathroom was nice enough.

Disliked:The beds are a lil squeaky and wobbly, and don’t have much privacy (unless you’re the bottom bunk, you can hang up sheets etc). But they’re good enough for the value

Disliked:AC in room was a bit warm, and lockers required personal lockers to be bought, the luggage room was not managed by the staff. towel service could be offered instead of bought e.g. deposit small amount - get it back when towel is returned
