Noisy, too expensive, no 4-star accomodation

Liked:The manager was fully cooperative when I wanted to cancel my second night, even though he was only available as of 7:00 AM. Free water, coffee and tea available.

Disliked:Very poor sound isolation, I could hear every other guest moving through the staircase or using the elevator, deep into the night. Very small shower and bathroom. This really does not live up to the 4 stars for which the accomodation is advertised!
