Terrible experience at this hotel

Liked:We were in room 106. The room was dark and we had to have the lights on during the day. You’re told that you have to empty your own bins , if you do not empty the bins and clean the kitchen you are charged extra. The worst thing was the overhead noise that must be some plumbing issue like waterhammer and it went on 24 seven for two days. when we complained about this we were offered a free breakfast which was basically €15 I sent videos showing evidence of the noise I hate to leave a bad view, but this is one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel in a very long time. . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible experience at the hotel. The dark room the constant noise.

Disliked:We stayed in self catering apartment room 106. The room was dark during the day and we had to have the lights on but the worst thing was the plumbing noise which was like waterhammer and happened every few minutes all through the day and all through the night. This really affected our sleep and overall stay. I made a complaint to the staff and sent them videos of the noise but apart from offering us a free breakfast, they didn’t really want to know. I found the whole experience pretty terrible
