Cancellation

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
Baby equipment including a cot, bath, changing mat and cutlery is available on request. Please note that special conditions may apply for reservations of more than 4 rooms. For bookings with prepayment, please note that the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival as well as the matching ID. If the guest cannot show this credit card, a new payment will be required. For all bookings, if the guest staying is not the owner of the credit card used when the reservation was made, a debit authorization form will be sent out. Please note that the use of the heated swimming pool will incur an additional charge of EUR 10, per person for a one-hour session. Please note that the use of the sauna will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 for 30 minutes. An on-site private parking garage is available for EUR 29 per day. The maximum vehicle height for parking at this garage is 75 in. Taller vehicles cannot park here. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
