Liked:Breakfast: very good Room: reasonable size Location: very good & close to the city centre The availability of tea/coffee/juice at the lounge is much appreciated

Expensive, poor value for money, and the room was smelly!

Liked:Some of the staff were lovely and helpful. The location was good.

Disliked:The room was smelly. There was a bad smell of cigarete smoking and possibly sewage. There was a huge brown stain on the carpet. The carpet was dirty. It smelt bad each time I went in. It was very noisy with traffic. A friend had an accident in the foyer and dropped a glass bottle. The receptionist was unhelpful.

Liked:The staff was super friendy and nice. Roxana was super polite and helpful.

Disliked:Maybe they need to replace the carpets in the room, and the walls need also some painting.
