Perfect for a short stay, next time will book further in advance so can get a double bed room.

Liked:Hotel in a great location, close to tram or easy to walk to old town. Adel on reception really helpful & charming. Rooms compact but clean & ours was quiet at rear of building.

Disliked:The French twin beds are pretty small

Lovely place and staff, and a great location for discovering Nice and surrounding areas.

Liked:I loved this hotel. The staff were lovely, my room was clean (apart from the small terrace / chairs & table which were covered in pigeon poo when I went to sit outside!). The location is great, a few minutes from Ville station to take trains along the coast to places like Menton, Villefranche, Monaco etc. Some great cafes and restaurants close by and only a 10 min walk to the old town and sea. I would recommend and definitely return if I visit Nice again.

Disliked:The state of the terrace - everywhere was covered in pigeon poo. The floor, tables, chairs. And it would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room.
