Liked:The location, the size was very big enjoyed it with 2 kids.

Disliked:The facilities in the kitchen could be more than just two little pan. There should be at least one bigger size.also a frying pan would be nice to make an omlette in the morning. Also some tools for cooking a wooden spoon and strainer.

Liked:We did not choose the breakfast option, so I cannot comment on it. The apartment is spacious, and the bathroom is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is quite small, but it has everything you need for a short stay. The bedroom is excellent, and the bed there is comfortable. The biggest issue was the sofa in the living room. It is completely worn out and really needs to be replaced. It unfolds into a bed, but it is extremely uncomfortable. You can feel every single spring, making it almost impossible to sleep on. Since there were three of us, I had to sleep on the sofa, and I woke up with significant back and body pain every morning.

Disliked:Overall, the furniture in the apartment is quite old, which makes the place feel less clean than it probably is. The rooms are not cleaned daily. Housekeeping is only provided if you schedule it, and we had to wait two days before someone came to clean our apartment. The sofa in the living room definitely needs to be replaced. It folds out into a bed, but it is extremely uncomfortable. You can feel every spring in the mattress, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The apartment can accommodate four guests, but there were only two chairs for sitting at the dining table. There is no proper terrace, only a very small balcony. It is practically impossible to dry towels or clothes there. Our beach towels stayed wet the entire time. The apartment has a good layout and enough space, but replacing the sofa, updating some furniture, improving housekeeping, and providing more seating would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Shame about the female staff, men on night shifts were lovely.

Liked:Great location - really well located by the promenade and close enough to walk to old town - 15ish minutes

Disliked:Quite dated, AC was exceptionally weak and the rooms are not huge On our arrival we were met by two different receptionist (I assume two shifts) who were so rigid around allowing us to check in despite us reviewing an email saying if our accommodation is ready before 3 we would be able to check in. At 230 when we went to check Second Lady said the same thing - whilst not the right thing to do with two kids on board and it being sweltering heat we said the lady earlier had said we could check in early. (Suddenly the room was available. I just didn’t understand why they were so rigid about this. I understand if we expected a check in hours early. It was 30 minutes and we had arrived at 8am!
