We were truly very disappointed from the whole experience.

Liked:The staff at the reception did their best to cope with all the mess.

Disliked:- Unstable and insecure WiFi - The mattress of the sofa bed was a nightmare. - Especially at night, the room floor had ants. During our whole stay, we had to keep our belongings on a chair or table. - The bed sheets were dirty (with stains) since day 1 and never renewed.
