A unique yet disappointing experience

Liked:Location and friendly nature of the staff. Beds were comfortable. Easy checkin and out. Comp parking on site.

Disliked:A chair in the room of the standard double queens would have been really helpful. While coffee etc is is in the pantry, for the accommodation cost I would have appreciated it in the room. There is no full length mirror. Overall the ac wasn't very efficient. We felt damp the whole time and my clothes have come home in the same condition. Perhaps a hazard of this summer's temperatures. I realize that we booked at the Peach Festival time with high occupancy but I really expected a bit more service for the price of a motel room, as unique as it is!

Great home-base for a Niagara cycling adventure

Liked:Friendly and welcoming staff! This is an excellent homebase for your Niagara cycling adventure. Located off the Niagara Parkway bike trails with a short ride to the Floral Clock, hiking trails at the Niagara Glen, Falls or Niagara on the Lake. There was a microwave, coffee and tea available in the pantry for guests. Breakfast at the Kent Lounge was delicious! The room was spacious with a fireplace and couch - perfect for relaxing after cycling all day.

Last minute overnight getaway, wonderful place to stay.

Liked:Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and love that they use a Earth friendly products. Great location - just far enough from the crowds but close to everything. Very peacefu. Love the coffee/snack shop!!

Disliked:I have no complaints or recommendations of what to improve. Everything was great!!
