Liked:Gloria and Henry were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed their company. Breakfast was delicious. Location is right by old town part of queen street, so close to bars and restaurants.

Perfectly reasonable for a single night stay if you have to attend an event in town.

Liked:A quiet little townhouse right in the center of Niagara-on-the-lake. Our hosts were very accommodating, have cute house pets and prepared us a full, well-made breakfast.
Disliked:The extra sofa bed was stiff, and there was an unpleasant odor in the guest parlor on the first floor that cleared up once in the room. Hopefully changing the carpets will correct the latter.

Very disappointing and funky place

Liked:The owners are very nice. The location is great. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked:The house smells of pee. there is animal hair on the carpets. There is a lot of dust on the stuff in the house. The air is stuffy and smelly. Everything in the house is worn and old. Exterior of the house does not look like the pictures. The house needs a professional cleaning which it has not had in a long time. It needs air, fresheners and air purifiers and need some carpet replaced. It's funky.

Overwhelmed with cat urine smell, dirt, and dust caused us to leave

Liked:The location and parking were great.
Disliked:Immediately upon entry my daughter and I were greeted with a pungent cat urine smell. The home was also dark and dirty. We did not complain hoping our room accommodations were better. Unfortunately, they were not. Our room, the King bed room, was filthy. The car odor and dust were overwhelming. It looked like there were dead bugs behind the bed. A doily on an accent chair was soiled with a yellow cat urine stain. We opened the windows to see if if would help. It didn’t. Fearing our health we made the decision to pack up and look for another place to stay. I left the key under the door mat and will be filing a formal complaint. There is no way this place has been inspected. Totally disgusting and unsanitary. Anyone with the slightest sensitivity to animals (cats especially) should stay away. We are very disappointed.
