Liked:When we decided on Nha Trang for our family trip in September 2025 and were considering accommodations, we stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in the city center. My family and I loved it so much that we decided to stay here again this time. In particular, I was very grateful for the excellent service provided by Mr. Vinh, the male manager, during check-in. He was kind, explained everything clearly from a foreigner's perspective to ensure I felt comfortable, and made tireless efforts to resolve every single issue I requested, playing a significant role in making our trip enjoyable. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude. Regarding the meals, I wish there were more Korean-style options, and I think it would be great to compare the breakfast menu with that of the Amia Nha Trang Resort. I was also very grateful to the NAM staff member on the breakfast team; they played so well with my 22-month-old son, treating him like their own nephew. We are planning to visit again at the end of 2026, and I look forward to your continued support.

Liked:Room was very luxurious with modern furnishings, large bed, balcony with views to the beach. Large walk in robe, large shower and toilet with a view.

Disliked:To be expected, but eating or drinking within the hotel can be expensive, but it is on par with what you pay for the accommodation, so to be expected.
