Red Roof Motels used to be Better

Liked:Location was good, staff was nice

Disliked:Dead worms in hall floor, roaches in the room

Would never go back.

Liked:The sheets were clean and they had hot water.

Disliked:We didn't like anything. The bathroom was so unsanitary we had to request cleaning. The bathroom light flickered and eventually went off completely and I was told no one could fix it and they couldn't move me. After I requested a refund and to speak to the manager we were moved. The public hallways looked like they had never been swept or mopped. They allow pets and there were paw prints everywhere. There were centipedes all over the place, alive and dead. The door going into our building didn't automatically shut, it would stay open. The phone in the room doesn't call to the front desk and they knew this but neglected to tell us.
