Relaxing Night at the Beach

Liked:Loved the location. The outdoor patio space and heaters are so welcoming! Love the three deck chairs on the raised decking for the beach overlook - great photo spot too - using the property as your backdrop or photos of the beach.

Disliked:A few missteps in service at both dinner and lunch. Our servers were fantastic! For the price point, it's really a core service training issue that can be easily corrected and defined. The only other issue was the value of our room ( again - for the price point). Our room once had an obvious leak from the ceiling, it was noticeable upon entry as you look across the room the poor maintenance fix caught your eye. I think that they were rushed for the job or kept filling the room and never quite had the chance to finish up the ceiling fix. I did report it to the front desk, these things do happen, however, prompt inspections after a job can easily correct the unsightly mess that might leave some wondering if it's safe or worth the price of stay. We will definitely be back!

Will stay here again.

Liked:First time staying at this Best Western Plus hotel. I only stayed one night, but I found the room clean and spacious. The mattress was quite comfortable. I was on the top floor and had a wonderful ocean view with a step out balcony. The staff at the desk, checking in and checking out were very friendly. I had a drink and small amount of food at the bar and can also recommend that. The bartender was friendly and the food was very good.

Ok not great

Liked:View of ocean, it was a pretty long walk to it

Disliked:Little things bug me like sitting out at the fire pits in the evening and no one at the hotel would come out and light the fire pits it should be a no-brainer when a group of people sitting around it and it's a little chilly out to have them lit.
