Liked:great room, sexy hotel, great location, transportation was easy and quick. What i think i loved the most was the ability to borrow a lincolin from the hotel

Disliked:you need an amenities gift shop. travel toothpaste, hair spray ...little things you cant travel with unless you check a bag and need when you get where youre going.

Liked:I feel bad leaving such a low review however my experience was overwhelmingly frustrating. In general the staff was very nice excluding management and communication

Disliked:Very unprofessional and condescending billing staff. No answers on the phone. Calls dropping after 2 weeks of attempts to correct a duplicate billing including assurances by a manager all would be handled.
