Disappointing room quality and added costs made the stay fall short of expectations

Liked:Only highlight was the pool and gym.

Disliked:Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in terms of room condition and comfort. The room felt below standard and not in line with what one would expect, and this was disappointing given the brand. Parking came with additional fees that felt high, and WiFi access required Marriott Bonvoy enrollment, which added unnecessary friction to what should be a straightforward service experience.
