Inside the unit, our state was a five out of 10

Disliked:The front of the building was a sketchy Man, hanging outside in front of the house, selling drugs, in Plainview …. I made a call using the phone number listed and it went straight to voicemail! I drove around the block two times just to make sure we were at the right address
