Disliked:THEY DIDN'T CLEAN MY ROOM NOR CHANGED SHEET FOR 4 DAYS STRAIGHT DESPITE ASKING THEM DAILY. It was trash in the name of the hotel. Extremely dirty building, lift and corridors. They are constructing something and it was loud from morning 8 to night 8. It was not mentioned anywhere when I was booking. I got this message the days I was supposed to check in. Booking com mentions they have breakfast but they refuse. I booked a room with a tub but got a regular room without a tub without any apology or regret. The staff was deceiving and rude. I kept asking for basic necessities like cleaning and bed sheets. They never cleaned my room for my whole stay of three days and four nights. It felt humiliating. By far the worst experience of my life.

For one night it was fine.

Liked:Close to home. Staff friendly. Shower was good and clean.

Disliked:Microwave did not have glass piece for revolving set up. Coffee maker missing top where water was supposed to be added. Bed sheets looked slept in. No hangers to hand clothes. We did have coat rack with 3 hooks.
