Not a good value for money

Liked:The hotel is ok, however it does not justify the price. Other hotels in the area are very similar and offer a much better value for money. Maybe the best thing the hotel can offer is the good location.

Disliked:Before arrival I have tried to contact the property many many times, via different channels, without any success. After arrival I understood why, as some of the staff on the front desk do not seem very interested in talking to guests. Also, be aware if you book a room for 4 people - 2 being kids - and pay for breakfast via this platform, you actually gonna get breakfast only for two people ( contrary to what booking.com said) because of the "hotel platform". The room itself is ok and fairly comfortable but nothing special. This hotel is far more expensive than the other ones in the area and is simply not worth it as it is very similar to them.
