I recommend

Liked:The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to NYC. It's a good base for exploring New York. Safe neighborhood.

Disliked:Breakfast leaves much to be desired, but that's apparently standard in the States. Very little selection, the same thing every day, stale bagels. During my five-night stay, the room was cleaned only once after reporting it to the front desk, which stated that cleaning is done daily.

A great place to stay and also leave your car in a secure location

Liked:Close proximity to the bus stop the goes into Manhattan. We left our car there ($10/day) which was helpful, didn’t want to drive into NYC. Really nice breakfast offerings. It was quiet at night.
