A rare find.

Liked:With all the hotels to choose from in the city, the Luma Hotel off Time Square is definitely the place to stay. An ideal location: just minutes away from multiple subway stations, eateries abound, across the street from Bryant Park and a hop, skip and a jump from shopping on 5th Avenue. The accommodations were top notch. The amenities were those one would expect to find at a more expensive hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was first class. We will absolutely be staying at the Luma Hotel again on our next visit to NYC.

Liked:The hotel's location is close to the Time Square area, the hotel is clean, and the restaurant staff are friendly.

Disliked:The room had a poor view and was located on the service floor. The receptionist was generally unresponsive. The breakfast was good, but the selection was very limited compared to other hotels of similar value and location. There were no events or activities at the hotel.

Wonderful time at the Luma Hotel.

Liked:The hotel was centrally located to all the sights in Manhattan. We walked everywhere. The room was large, clean and very functional.

Disliked:It is a boutique hotel and didn't have many food or drink options.

Best stay in NYC yet

Liked:From the moment we stepped in we had exceptional service. From the front desk attendants to restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner and also house keeping. Everyone was over the top nice and accommodating. This was also one of the few hotels that had two King beds. And fit my family without having to get two separate rooms or an expensive Suite. Lastly the location is absolutely perfect so I would suggest this hotel to anyone!
