Good place for a night between flights.

Liked:Good location for an overnight stay to catch a flight. We did not realize we would have to take a train to pick up the shuttle but it worked out fine. The room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff was welcoming. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked:We planned on taking an uber into the city as we had tickets at Lincoln Center. The person at the desk said a cab would be cheaper and she would arrange it. It turned out that it was much more expensive and the driver, who said he would pick us up did not. I called the hotel and they arranged a new driver, who was expensive but good. We suspect the staff gets a kick back from drivers, but it all worked out.

Safe, warm and quiet. Fit the bill.

Liked:Unexpected overnight due to cancelled flight. Very pleasant shuttle and front desk at check in. Location very close to airport so nothing walkable or interesting to see. Ordered Uber eats. They called it a restaurant - their "bar" that had 2 tables... so we decided not to risk that. Standard Hampton Inn fare in AM. TV was weird - no guide, no directory, no streaming... click and browse.

Good hotel close to airport

Liked:Clean hotel close to airport with shuttle. Melissa at the front desk was great. Very busy night with looks of check-ins but she handled it all like a pro!

Excellent 😃

Liked:Staff is friendly, very professional and helpful. Restaurant available in building. The environment was very clean. The female shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. Snacks and water was available for sale at the hotel if youdon'twantthe complimentary water. It is close to the airport JFK. I admire the coffee bar even though I didn't use it.
