Liked:Good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, gated parking

Disliked:It was very noisy in the morning, wood floors made it where housekeeping carts were loud, could hear everything (walking, talking, etc). Could hear walking above our heads. It's an old building so it's understandable, just wasn't able to sleep well. (Outside noise is loud as well)

Disliked:It was extremely loud and our room was dirty! The pool area was also not clean or inviting. There was lots of dirt floating in the pool. Our room had hair and stains on the sheets and buggers on the wall. Yes, you read that right. The floor was sticky and dirt in all the corners.

Liked:Great location, lovely staff that were always happy to help. Parking great. Expensive but so is all of the FQ. Air con worked well and good water pressure in the showers.

Disliked:Not the cleanest room when we checked in but subsequent housekeeping was better. One out of four beds was so squeaky. (We had 2 rooms). I think it was broken at one end. I’m not a complainer so I didn’t say anything. I would say it might bother other people.
