Non-existent stay

Liked:We got to the hotel at 4:00pm and were told there were not rooms ready. They had no clean linens and couldn’t tell us when a room would be ready. We waited an hour and 1/2 before asking them to cancel our reservation and checked into the Hampton Inn on Canal. They had a room right away for us and took good care of us.

Disliked:The property staff and manager were no help at all. Were not accommodating or helpful. It was a waste of my money and I will make sure to let others know to not book here!

The hotel was amazing. The valet parking horrible

Liked:The hotel staff was friendly and the room was beautiful. The 3 rd party valet was horrible ,rude,disrespectful and ruined my door. The brown skin skinny girl with wavy hair was rude and disrespectful and so was the brown skinned thick dude with curly hair. They are a 3 rd party valet parking so they don’t care about your experience. They also use the customers cars to go to the store
