Great location and walking distance to the French Quarter.

Liked:The location of the hotel was great. The breakfast was good.
Disliked:The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was quite small and the shower felt tight, especially with the placement of the shampoo and conditioner. The air‑conditioner blower also made a loud, popcorn‑like sound whenever it turned on. It also would have been nice if the hotel had a bartender at the front bar so we could have enjoyed a cocktail before bed.

I would stay here again.

Liked:The location was perfect for us. I had read about parking being a problem, but it was not. There was a public, but safe parking g garage right next door. It was $25 for every 24hrs. It looked pretty standard from other garages we came across while investigating the area. The front desk staff and room staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked:I thought there might could have been more fruit choices.

Disliked:The hotel is perfectly located, close to the city center. The room was very cramped, despite the announcement that it would be 34 meters, which I personally doubt. The bed was large, so high that a person of normal height would have great difficulty sitting on it; you had to climb up. I should add that the bed was practically the only place to sit, as it took up almost the entire room. The check-in lady, chewing gum, was unpleasant, and her accent and pronunciation were so difficult to understand. Of course, I'm not a native British or American, but you should definitely use a more understandable standard pronunciation, since you're dealing with guests with varying levels of English and from different countries where English isn't the native language.
