Disliked:These money hungry opportunists made sure to grab every coin they could get away with from my families pre-payment (all of it) using the loop-hole of 'non refundable' - when carrier canceled our family-flight. When I beforehand got in touch with both hotel and booking.com. Therefore it is with great pleasure I with minimal effort do my best to support their rating score being lowered. (Enjoy the law of karma). Hope some of you after this review prefer to book somewhere where the customers misfortune is not designed to make 100% undeserved gains by offer nothing yet taking the customers money. Managers of this establishment well deserve disgrace and shame if capable of feeling even a microscopic amount of rudimentary honour or virtue. Perhaps try imagine you grandparents evaluate your standards or just ask yourself honestly if anybody except a marketing specialist would not find the deliberate design of your strategy blameworthy? Its also noteworthy that booking.com make this loophole allowable.
