Liked:Clean, well-staffed, good restaurants, and I appreciated the reusable glass water bottles. Yet, the rooms can use improvement - the rooms have very low lighting making it difficult to get ready in front of a mirror and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near any mirror, so if you need to use a curling iron or other electrical item to get ready, then you will have a hard time in these rooms. There was also maintenance happening and my windows were covered in plastic making the room even darker and it was occasionally loud with maintenance noises, customers shouldn't be expected to to pay full price during the maintenance. But overall, clean and staff were great.

Liked:Hotel is very good and I can recommend it - but I was charged double, and I must fight 2 days to get my rights! That’s poor service and cost me a lot of time consuming and writing several emails.
