Rude rude rude

Disliked:The manager the short wide guy with mustache was kinda rude. I just asked for coffee and for a price for the coffee. He started yelling at me and said that I must go to my room, find the menu myself and find myself the price. He said it in a very disrespectful and unfriendly way with loud voice. I planned to stay in Delhi for one more month. So on the next day I moved to another hotel. But the worst happened in the end. At the moment of checkout, that mustache man said I must pay extra for complimentary service, the man started yelling in Hindi very loud in front of other people including personnel. It was so humiliating for me. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We had nice, unforgettable hotel stay & great hospitality of Mr.Abhijith & staff is highly apricated

Liked:Caring of the staff over guests, specially the Manager Mr. Abhijith and his staff is greatly appreciated. Facilities were provided in an attractive manner. Spacious room is very clean and tidy. All old bathroom fixtures gives an imperial feeling !

Disliked:Ceramics items are well cleaned and maintained but metal items were neglected.
