Suite Room Experience

Liked:There's a tall and overly fair guy who always sell room on direct cash basis by not registering it on books and also takes additional 1000/- for offering lower rate than the website. But the major issue is he is very rude and adamant. The Bell Desk staff more courteous than the other Front Desk team. Restriction of outside food was also not conveyed to us. Overall bad experience.

Good customer service

Liked:Uma shankar who is FOE is a great guy and is helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Everyone should be like him smiling so as guests feel good. Whenever I meet him he is having a very welcoming smile and is ready to help always and that’s great about him.

A night at the hotel

Liked:The hotel is very conveniently located in aero city, just 1.4 km Away from the airport. Rate is ok and stuffs are helpful. Rooms are small but all the basic amenities like wifi, TV, attached toilet etc are available. i took the package with free breakfast. The breakfast was available from 7am and the items available were sufficient. for a budget hotel it is very good if one wants to stay very near airport

Unpleasant stay

Liked:It's a good hotel with comfortable room without any outside view ( opening ) . There is staff shortage . My luggage was sent to my room some late after we checked in . Once in the evening we went out and after return room was not opening as electronic room lock malfunctioning . We had to go twice to room with key supposedly recharged but no use . Then after some time a technician came and opened the door after trial but it was not useable as lock won't work . Then we were shifted to another room . In the entire issue I found the hotel employee who normally takes the guest to room and helps in check out was absolutely arrogant and least bothered of our high inconvenience. This staff are working long time in this hotel and become very complacent and taking hotel guest for granted . I had bad impression on this issue . We checked out same night and left for airport for our travel . So our few hours transit stay was unpleasant this time here in Shanti Palace . I found the room allotted to us had this room lock problem but not rectified and management simply alloting such rooms without any responsible action . This is very bad
