Liked:The best staff ! Recognized us when we came back this time , helped me with things out of the hotel and solve any issue that we had Great hotel , great location and best staff ( especially OMAR)

Great location, not so great hotel.

Liked:Location was fantastic. Near restaurants and cafes. Metro was a few minutes walk away and the River Seine is also very close. Area is quiet and no road noise at night. Receptionist spoke English fairly well which was appreciated.

Disliked:I was in a single occupancy room. It was very small. So small that the bed was inches away from the door into the bathroom and the TV on the wall. The safe didn't work. The fridge didn't work. The reading lights by the bed no longer stood up but hung to the floor. Stained curtains and walls. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was also broken. Tiny wardrobe. The bed was comfortable but I didn't sleep well due to guests above on the top floor awake most of the night walking about and dropping things.. It was very loud. Did I complain? No, because of the language barrier mainly. I won't be back to this hotel.
