Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24โ48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends. Please note that only adults can access the spa. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies will apply. Cancellation of rooms up to 30 days before arrival. Please note that SPA is temporarily closed due to the current security situation and Home Front Command guidelines until further noticeGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
