Please note that the Double Room, Standard Double Room, and Deluxe King Room are located on upper-level floors and the property cannot guarantee that all rooms booked will be located on the same floor. Your stay at Atlantis is subject to important legal terms and conditions that affect your legal rights and mandate disputes be resolved exclusively before a court in The Bahamas. Read carefully Atlantis’ Terms and Conditions which can be found at the website. Your credit card will be charged in local Bahamian dollar. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests including children. If booking 4 adults plus 1 or more children, two or more rooms are required. Children aged 0–11 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children aged 12–17 years incur an additional charge of USD 50 per night, plus daily mandatory gratuities. Please note that a valid credit card corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival. Please note that there are mandatory gratuities based on room category. USD 7.50 per person, per night, 12 and older for regular guestrooms and 1-bedroom suites and USD 15 per person, per night, 12 and older for 2-bedroom suites.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
