Disliked:Just finished a 3 night stay at the Motif hotel in Music row and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For starters I was met with an unkind receptionist who seemed to be annoyed and frustrated with me as I was trying to check in. Secondly throughout our entire stay there was a loud banging noise coming from the ceiling and floor above us constantly and even woke me up at night. And another thing, they say they have a reliable shuttle to take you to and from broadway but this is just not the case. Every time I called the front desk to reserve the shuttle they would tell me it will be 10-15 minutes and then I end up waiting 45 minutes every time. Just seemed very disorganized and unfriendly.

Spacious apartments close to downtown

Liked:Very spacious self contained apartments. Far enough away from honky tonk highway to be quiet. Free shuttle bus to downtown was a bonus. Live music in reception was a bonus.
