Hyatt Place is a good and convenient choice.

Liked:Closeness to the MS Clinic is the main reason I stay at this location. The accessible room is good as well. Although I did not eat breakfast this time, it has been good in the past. Lastly, the staff is always very nice.

Disliked:I do not like having to pay for parking. It seems excessive to pay $30 on top of room rate. Additionally, it is difficult to get a reservation directly with Hyatt Place -all booking people are remote/maybe even not in the country. I was told once I could get a better rate by calling directly since I’m there for Vanderbilt treatment, but I’ve never been able to actually connect with someone to do that.

Expensive for what you get. Marriot was nicer for less.

Liked:Good location and approximation to where I needed to go.

Disliked:Sheets had not been changed, make up stains still on them from previous guest. Had to strip the bed myself. Elevator made a weird noise and felt unsafe. Room was not ready even though my arrival was an hour beyond when I requested. Leaving the hotel for food wasn’t the easiest as it needs a red light there. Parking was tight.
