Disliked:Terrible breakfast, few ‘health’ options. Arrived at 0400 due to delayed flight, tried to get in but door was locked, rang the bell for 15 mins and called the number listed and no one came. Finally the hotel security guard who was in a vehicle out side raised the receptionist who said she didn’t hear me

Everything was great except for trying to speak to a human being at Booking.com.

Disliked:We left a day early and the front-desk man suggested I call Booking.com to see if we could have a one-day refund. The problem was I couldn't get a human being on the line at Booking to address the situation.
