Wished I had payed extra to stay at the Virgin Hotel.

Disliked:Th lighting was awful. It dint even light up the whole room. It was like having a few night lights. The tv didn’t work. My fridge didn’t work and I complained twice and no one fixed it. The over night lady was extremely rude.

Liked:Location and restaurant were good. Elevators were fast and there were plenty serve all guests.
Disliked:Coffee and cups were not replaced after cleaning. Had to request a tv remote. One bedside lamp was missing.

Mediocre but I slept well.

Liked:Staff were nice and the location was good. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.
Disliked:The pool floor looked discolored as if it had some sort of mold problem. As we left the hotel, they were using a power wash machine that was way too loud and they didn’t wait for us to get into the car before moving closer. I’m sure we had hearing damage. It was very stressful and annoying. Lastly, they did not have any fruit at breakfast.
