Excellent experience, however, a few issues noted

Liked:BW Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites was an excellent experience. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted, however, we were not recognized as BW Rewards members nor offered any complimentary water. The room was very nice e except of in the bathroom the toilet was too low for older folks like us. It was a struggle to get down and up from the toilet. The breakfast was okay, however, being from the south, and Tennessee considering themselves part of the south, there was no biscuits and gravy. That is unacceptable :) A pleasant stay for the beginning of our 7 week journey across the USA.
