Liked:The location was great, we could walk to the beach everyday. The beds were comfortable with large spacious rooms. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything to make food, but we didn't use it since it's so close to wonderful cafes and restaurants. We had the pool to ourselves most days and it was fantastic.

Disliked:the pool wasn't clean. there was no skimmer or way to clean it, the cleaning people who came for the rooms, just ignored the pool. pieces of plastic & dead leaves floating-we never swam because waiting to be cleaned. there were old socks under the chairs soaked from rain, sat until the 3rd day in, finally someone picked those up. handicap chair for pool doesn't work, remote to it is completely destroyed. we were just going to sit by pool, but umbrellas are broken and never properly secured to anything. they very dangerously, swung around in the wind. we just missed getting hit in the face, so we packed that up. another guest told me they got hit by them. the lanai in the front of condo would have been nice but once we pulled the shade in the evening there was no way to get it back up. it was broken and not fixed. i had to roll it up by hand the next day to keep my 70-year-old father from it. it was very heavy & an accident waiting to happen. we didn't use the lanai again because this was a pain in the a**. the blanket on one of the beds had a disgusting stain which we realized first night when we went to bed. we got our own blanket for that room. the cleaning person had hidden it under throw pillows. a fancy light was broken and no one bothered to replace that. they just set it aside prior to check in so it didn't allow us to experience the ambiance of why those lights were installed. we reserved for 5 days, and they didn't adequately stock the soap, toilet paper, or paper towels. left us with about 5 squirts of soap and 1 roll toilet paper. we purchased that as well. ac didn't properly work in east bedroom, but ac does work well in the rest of the unit. a cabinet in the bedroom storage was also broken and just placed to look nice but fell off when we opened it- screws needed to be replaced. 1 grill and firepit rusted and falling apart. i contacted them for code reset at check in to get in.
