Liked:Location, shuttle service.

Disliked:They didn’t prepare the children’s bed or the crib as we had requested. On the second day, when we left the room, they didn’t make the children’s beds. During all four days we stayed at the hotel, the floor was never cleaned — there was always sand. They also didn’t replace the liquid body soap, even after I asked for it. We also didn’t like the breakfast.

Liked:A quick shout out to Catherine, who was one of the front desk receptionists. Catherine was extremely, kind, personable, and went out of her way to make sure that my wife and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Catherine is a fantastic representation of Marriott Corporation and I wanted to single her out as a stand-out employee!!

Disliked:The food at the Roof Top bar was "meh" and was severely understaffed. Our bartender (Danielle) did a great job and I wanted to give her props. But she was the only bartender for the entire restaurant and was completely in the weeds. Anyway, Danielle was great, but I would add another bartender during peak times.
