We had a great trip and we will use again.

Liked:It was amazing for us to visit with our daughter and her family for Christmas! We will be back in November!

Disliked:The vacuum was broken. The fan in the room with bunk beds was broken. There wasn’t toilet paper in two of the bathrooms.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Liked:Property is in a great location for exploring Naperville and the train to Chicago. It is a good size and comfortable for a group of up to 6. The hosts are very helpful and helped us resolve a problem ( entirely of our own making) very quickly on the weekend.

Spacious house and comfortable stay!

Liked:The house is pretty and spacious, and the beds are soft and comfortable. It was great to have a garage for parking. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location is convenient—many restaurants and grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive. It’s about an hour from Chicago, and we were so grateful to have such a safe, affordable, and cozy place to rest after a long day exploring the city.

Disliked:Everything was great overall! Just a couple of small things to note—the water can get quite hot, with only a narrow range between cold and very hot, and in the bunk bed room, the ceiling fan is quite close to the upper bed.

Liked:Everything was great and better than advertised. My kids loved it had plenty of outdoor area for them to enjoy the snow. Was plenty to do, parks, shopping, activities,and places to eat close by. The express way was close and made it easy to visit friends and family in the area.

Disliked:I can't really think of anything we didn't like but guess if I had one request would be for better toilet paper, what we had was almost like tussle paper.
