Solid hotel on the edge if downtown Napa

Liked:After searching high and low for an affordable hotel for a girl trip we decided on the hotel indigo. While there isnt much nearby in terms of restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute ride from downtown Napa. There is also a restaurant on the property and a full bar. The room size was nice for 2 people and did not feel cramped. The hotel staff was very nice, provided us with complimentary water at check in and throughout our stay. Best of all the manager held our room at no extra charge since we needed to store our bags during the day.

Fantastic manager Gustavo Valencia

Liked:We couldn't actually stay at the hotel due to a family emergency requiring us to cancel our reservation. IHG did not notify the local hotel as I talked with them on the phone. I talked with Jan at the front desk as my credit card was billed. They were extremely helpful and were able to credit my card back. They were amazing to work with. Hope to stay here some time in the future.
