Don’t stay here

Liked:Do not stay here. When I arrived the room was not clean. There was hair in the wet bar sink, hair in the shower and the floor had not been vacuumed. I spoke with the front desk & night manager about the dirty room & was moved to another room with hair in the bed. I declined that room. Was told my room would be cleaned early morning, it never happened. The refrigerator does not work properly due to the block of frozen ice & it is dirty especially around the inside of the door. The microwave is also dirty. The manager or general manager did not respond to me concerning the matter and my room was not cleaned. Called Hilton Honors and filed a complaint. Do not stay here. The bathroom fan stays on and it is very loud in room 336 & you can hear people walking & talking all night long. If you stay here checked the bed, the bathroom, the refrigerator and microwave before you settle in.
