It was an excellent location, and our stay was great!

Liked:Our first room was quite nice, but the room felt tiny. We inquired about a larger room and were offered the family room for a small fee. The room was wonderful..! Both rooms had comfortable beds and what really surprised me was how quiet it was. The dining room was very close, but I didn't hear a word, or foot steps.

Disliked:I think it would have been nice to have seen the grounds. It seemed like there were a couple of sitting areas around the house, but we didn't see them until we wew checking out.

Lovely historic building in street full of older style houses.

Liked:Breakfast for $15 for 2 courses was excellent and the main course varies every day. Our requested room was very clean and comfortable and was setup for people with disabilities with a large walk-in shower etc. and just a few no steps walk for breakfast and small lobby area. This is an historic house from the early 1990s and very well maintained. Must have been quite the mansion when it was a family home. Most rooms require step climbing and there are 6 steps up from the front door to the lobby as well. Note there is a specific time window for arrivals unless previously arranged. Location is good for able walkers around 10-15 minutes into downtown Napa.
