Liked:Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable hotel rooms. Very close to the action in Nanaimo, easy walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

Disliked:A little pricey for what it was.

Liked:parking isn't very convenience . the number of parking is very little. i need parking to the additional parking and walk for a long time.

Done the job for early morning ferry close by.

Liked:Location for the BC ferry terminal not far. Room was basic to be honest.

Disliked:Unfortunately we booked a family room with sofa bed that needed making up by ourselves. Apparently housekeeping forgot? But then needed extra Towels Pillows etc etc.
