Extra bed cannot be accommodated in the Standard Queen or Twin Room. Please note that the property only has 1 Standard Twin Room per floor. Guests booking multiple guestrooms will be allocated rooms in different floors, and requests to stay on the same floor are not accepted. For guests staying on the concierge floor: - Children 12 years and younger can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed. - A surcharge of JPY 7,500 per day will apply for children between 4 to 12 years sleeping in existing beds. Children 12 years and younger can use the lounge until 19:00. Please note that children with diapers are not allowed in the pool and/or the hot tub. In the pool area, children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is at least 20 years of age. Please also note that the property gym is only available to guests 18 years old and above. A deposit may be required at the property.
