Spacious and comfortable. Very good restaurant.

Liked:Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so good and varied. The cod in the dinner was amazing. The hotel restaurant and the one outside, close to the hotel are both SO good. This was the hotel we most like on our whole trip around Iceland.

The ambience was warm and inviting, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were courteous, professional, well-trained, and always willing to help with a smile. They made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Liked:A lovely, relaxing stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the hot tub was a real highlight — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Mývatn area. Breakfast was excellent too. Overall a very comfortable place to stay.

Disliked:The only thing that surprised us was that our room didn't have a fridge, which is something we'd usually expect at a hotel. It would be a nice addition, especially for guests who want to keep drinks or snacks cool.
