Disliked:checked 8n Sunday and on Monday nobody came to clean the room. I called the front desk at 6PM and they sent housekeeping. On Tuesday again nobody came to clean the room. How disappointing from a Hilton property. "also you advertise parking but in actually you charge $19/day.

Okay but the property needs to improve.

Liked:Location was great. The pool closing early was a real bummer. The family loved the access to the pier, that is really the highlight of the property along with the water slides. The communication of events for the 4th of July week were extremely disappointing. We booked this hotel because of the events that were going to take place on the 3rd but nothing happened. That misleading part will likely cause us not to come back. We can’t trust what the property says.
