Great location, reasonable pricing, and wonderful staff would have me return.

Liked:The staff was extremely friendly and said decor in the hotel room was very homey and beachy. The free box of salt water taffy upon check-in was a very nice touch.

Disliked:I did find it a little odd that housekeeping was knocking at our door exactly at checkout time, but I realize that with the summer season, you’re probably very busy with a lot of turnaround.

Excellent location in Surfside with beach and restaurants

Liked:The location is excellent. Right in the heart of surfside with all the restaurants and the beach right outside the door of the hotel. Everything was clean. The beach entrance from the hotel was easy and a convenient shower and foot wash is there. The pool is nice. Parking is easy and convenient.

Disliked:The mattress was very mushy and not comfortable. Also, the very strong chemical cleaning smell that hits you over the head whenever you walk into the lobby. Wow. I was talking with a friend over the weekend and that was the first thing they mentioned about the hotel. They actually checked out and went somewhere else because of the smell.
