Disliked:All the hot tubs weren’t operable. No staff were there at the pool area and kids were running around unattended.

Great checking in with Xathy!

Liked:The Hilton is fine. I really wanted to be sure to give Cathy at the welcome area a shoutout, she has been very helpful. Thank you for having such a diligent, well trained staff member. From the time I checked in into a couple of hours later I had a couple questions, she made herself available and answered all my questions promptly.
