Liked:Being at the beach. Resort area was nice.

Disliked:Interesting that I’ve received a request to rate my stay, but I’m still waiting for someone to respond about my wallet. I left it behind on September 12 and immediately completed the lost-item report as instructed. I take responsibility for leaving my wallet behind. However, expecting someone to follow up is hardly unreasonable. Even if it hasn’t been found, I deserve the courtesy of a response. Before I rate my experience, I’d appreciate hearing from a manager today with an actual update.

Liked:Location and pool set up

Disliked:It wasn't clean- blood on front of tub- housekeeping never came to clean it. Safe locked couldn't use it to store valuables- waited 12 plus hours for someone to fix it. It was fixed late at night after 3rd call. Bottle caps under dresser from previous occupant and dust. Bed sheets wouldn't stay on bed they seemed to be to small. Unit was dated and needs remodeling.
